It might be an indicator with the strains of contemporary life: the prevalence of panic and anxiety. It would appear that stress is ever-present, attacking us at the office, at school, traveling, and also at home. With a large extent, it is impossible to thrive on stress.

I felt much the same way only a few short months ago. I was really burning my candle at each side between work and college and family and that i didn't think I possibly could hang on considerably longer. I was snappy and short with everyone after which I noticed that my anxiety was going for a toll on my small health.

I knew I had to make a move.
